Yoav is Co-Founder, Chief Executive Officer, and Chairman of the Board at Kenshoo. As the founder of several startups around the globe in the area of Internet and mobile applications and former manager of ECI Thailand, Yoav brings more than 20 years of product, marketing and business management to Kenshoo.
Chief Innovation Officer and Co-Founder
Alon has over 15 years of Internet experience. He is the former co-founder and CEO of Bazman, a price comparison website. Alon holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the Academic College of Tel-Aviv Jaffa.
Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder
The former co-founder and CTO of Bazman, Nir carries over 20 years of experience in leading design and development teams for companies such as Demantra and Imperva. Nir holds a B.S. in Physics & Computer science from Ben Gurion University.
Chief Operating Officer
Shirley has nearly 20 years of legal, financial and operational management experience. She served as Professional Assistant to the Attorney General of Israel and held executive positions at the not-for-profit Atidim where she was part of the founding team and later VP of Finance and Operations at Intercast Networks. Mrs. Grill-Rachman holds a law degree (LLB) from Tel Aviv University, a Masters in Law (LLM) from the Hebrew University, and an MBA from INSEAD. She has been a member of the Israeli Bar Association since 1997.
Chief Financial Officer
Zohar has 15 years of experience in investment banking, accounting and financial management, including leadership roles at Morgan Stanley, Citi and E&Y. At Morgan Stanley, Zohar specialized in advising technology companies on mergers and acquisitions and capital raising. Most recently, Zohar served as CFO of Altimo, a privately held online marketing group from Israel. Zohar is a CPA and holds an MBA from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago and a BA in Accounting and LLB in Law from Tel Aviv University.
Chief Revenue Officer
Sandy has over 20 years of leadership experience spanning the evolution of interactive marketing across content, networks, mobile, addressable and influencer media. He led Revenue and Operations at ChefsFeed, where he helped conceive, launch and scale an influencer content and distribution solution for some of the world’s biggest brands. Prior to ChefsFeed, Shanman was CRO at SambaTV, General Manager of Mobile at eXponential, Senior Vice President of Mobile at Limelight Networks and Vice President of Sales at Advertising.com. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from California State University-Chico.
Chief Corporate Strategy and Development Officer
Will has over 15 years' experience in business strategy and interactive marketing. Will serves as Kenshoo's Chief Strategy and Development Officer and previously held leadership roles at Kenshoo for over four years overseeing the product organization. Most recently he was Chief Product Officer overseeing all product management and product marketing groups including Social, Local, Search and Cross-platform. Will joined Kenshoo from eBay, where he served as Director, Online Marketing. In previous roles, Martin-Gill was the global lead for the eBay Partner Network, managing over 100,000 affiliates across 15 countries and was a Senior Manager in eBay’s Corporate Strategy group. Before joining eBay, Will spent 3 years with the Boston Consulting Group, where he was part of the team that conceived and launched Orbitz.com. Will has a BS in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Chief Product Officer
Zvika has 11 years' experience in online marketing, spanning numerous leadership roles from product strategy to client success. Bringing deep industry knowledge and extensive team-building expertise, Zvika was one of Kenshoo's original employees and was instrumental in building the Social offering. Zvika holds an LL.B degree in Law as well as a BA in Business from the Interdisciplinary Center of Herzliya.
General Manager, Search
Kate has nearly 15 years of experience in performance media, digital marketing and communications including leadership roles at Omnicom’s global performance marketing agency, Resolution Media, and global communications firm Edelman. At Resolution Media, Kate oversaw the rapid growth of Omnicom’s digital media and performance marketing capabilities, leading Midwest client service and operations. Most recently, Kate led Edelman’s full-service digital practice including creative and performance marketing, along with launching Edelman’s first e-commerce offering. Kate holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from The University of Iowa.
General Manager, Social
John has over 14 years of experience in media and advertising, including leadership roles in client services, business development, and developer relations. John was an early employee with Nanigans where he built the company's Client Services function, and later led their Games and eCommerce vertical businesses. John also led global developer relations at Oberon Media, business development for Level Up (acquired by Grubhub), and partnerships for MasterClass. John holds a BA in Economics from Tufts University.
General Manager, Ecommerce
Nich brings over a decade of experience in digital advertising, Ecommerce, and retail marketing technology in venture-backed startups in Seattle. Nich spent the majority of his ad-tech career helping grow companies like AdReady and the Amazon-integrator, Mercent Corp., now a division of CommerceHub. Building on expertise developed integrating major brands and retailers onto Amazon's Marketplace at Mercent Corp., Nich started an Amazon Consulting firm helping brands run their businesses and advertising on Amazon's complex marketplace. Later, after launching his own brand on Amazon, Nich joined forces with BuyBoxExperts to lead their Amazon Advertising business, supporting top-tier brands' ppc and DSP efforts on Amazon. Nich joined Kenshoo to help lead the Ecommerce business unit, pointing the industry-leading search technology toward the erupting Retail Advertising opportunity. Nich holds a BA in Music Theory and History from Whitman College.
General Manager, Partnerships and Business Development
Paul serves as General Manager of Partnerships and Business Development at Kenshoo, bringing to the role more than 20 years of experience in business and product strategy. Most recently, Paul led the business development team and was previously Kenshoo's VP, Product Management and Partnerships for Search. Paul joined Kenshoo from HP as former Chief Product Owner for Global Marketing Products and Services. There, he was instrumental in helping to revamp HP.com as part of HP's digital transformation program. Earlier, Paul spent a decade at IAC / Ask.com leading product, development, and operations for Search and was the co-creator of the Ask Sponsored Listings business unit. Paul has a B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley.
Senior Vice President, Engineering
Nir Feldman has more then 15 years experience of building, scaling and leading software development teams and products. For the last six years he has been leading the development of various products at Kenshoo. Prior to joining to Kenshoo Nir held R&D leadership roles at Mercury Interactive and HP Software. Nir holds a BSc in Software Engineering from the Ben Gurion University.
Senior Vice President, Marketing
Margo has more than 15 years of experience in marketing, branding, communications and creative across various enterprise SaaS and consumer industries. Margo previously led the development and management of Kenshoo’s brand marketing for more than four years before doing the same for mobility app SpotHero. She rejoined Kenshoo in 2018, where she leads demand generation, branding and communications for the company globally. Margo holds a BBA in Design Marketing and Management from Parsons School of Design.
